Didn't create the right directory structure in repository - how to fix?

Looks like I made a common newbie mistake and did not create a
trunk/tags/branches directory structure in one of my projects. Currently,
the files are located in the root of the project in the repository. How do
I create the trunk/tags/branches directories under the project location, and
move the current files into the trunk?
