Error No Error in 1.4.7

Hi,

I tried doing an update to my project and I received this strange error:

                Restored: D:\WebDev\images\hdr_address.GIF

                Error: Failed to add file
'D:\WebDev\images\hdr_address.gif': object of the same name already
exists

I was running 1.4.5, so I decided to update to 1.4.7, and now I'm
receiving an even stranger error:

                Error: Can't copy '
D:\WebDev\images\.svn\text-base\hdr_address.gif.svn-base' to
'D:\WebDev\images\.svn\tmp\hdr_address.gif.tmp.tmp': No error

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful, but I'm not sure what to make of
these error messages. Why would Tortoise complain about a conflict with
a file it added itself, or of an error with no error? Is there possibly
a disconnect between SVN's filename case-sensitivity and
Windows/Tortoise's case-insensitivity?

Regards,

Chris
