Beginner's help!

Hi everyone!
I'm new to SVN and I'm having a problem I can't resolve. The problem is
the following:
I have a repository into a dir shared from a PDC Samba server.
Checking out and updating the repository is ok from different users from
the same group;
commit is ok from the user who created the repository;
commit is not ok from users other than the the repository creator
notwhistanding both of them are in the same group;

File permissions on each repository file are rwxrwxr--. Every test I've
made was done acting like a user of the very same group that owns the
repository. Furthermore I've tried also to set repository's files
permissions to rxwrxwrx but the error I got is always the same:
Can't set file \\server\test svn\db\current read-write: access denied

I can't figure out where is the problem. Any ideas?

Thank you!
