Adil, we cannot help you unless you give us the information we ask for.

* What version of TortoiseSVN are you using?
* What checkout method do you use? http:// https:// svn: svn+ssh:// file:///
* Where is the working copy located? Local drive or network share?
* Have you tried running TortoiseSVN cleanup on the working copy?
* When you say you tried a nightly, was that the 1.4.x nightly or the
trunk nightly (version comes up as 1.4.99.x
