TSVN Nightly Builds - How to

Hi,

this might be a total newbie question but I hope, I can
find help here:

How do I get Tortoise to make nightly builds for our
project? We have a Java plugin project and the following
file system in SVN:

group xx \ phase y \ devel (inhere is the developement
source)
group xx \ phase y \ stable (inhere is the runnable source)

We want to build the stable folder for each group every
night and check whether the code in stable is runnable. If
not our build would be broken and an e-mail should be sent
to the group who broke the build.
