Repo browser window broken - resizing colums

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.4.7, Build 11792 - 32 Bit , 2008/01/05
13:50:18.

The columns in the repo browser window (and possibly other windows) do
not work correctly. Trying to resize the columns "fast" will make the
column title snap off and revert the resize i've done so far. Once this
has happened and i resize one of the columns one more time I cannot use
the mose to move to the left side of the window - the leftmost part of
the window is not reachable, as if there's an invisible border.
I have to resize the columns very slowly (a few pixels / second) to
stop the 'snap' from occurring.

I understand this sounds weird but i don't know how to explain it
better.

I think this may be occurring because i have a Large DPI setting (120).

The "repo browser before" image shows the repo browser window before I
tried to resize the columns.
The "repo browser after" image shows the repo browser window after i
tried to resize the File column. As you can see a "File" column snapped
off and now is drawn over the extension column (it's also an Always On
Top window, it shows over all other normal windows on my machine -
closing the repo browser window makes this go away too).
