Feature Requests: Use keyboard to search for files in the repository browser - Make branche/tag by using the Repository browser

Hello,

I would like to report two feature requests for the repository browser.
Is it possible to use the keyboard to quickly search for files, like
this is possible in the normal explorer of windows.
For example: When I press the character 'H' it should go to a
file/directory which starts with this character.
Because we have some directories which contains a lot of files, and with
this feature it is easier to find a file.

And it should be very nice, if it is possible that you can make branches
and tags from inside the repository browser.
Because now you first have to check it out. Maybe you can add a new item
to the context menu when clicking on a directory, where you can choose
to make a branch/tag.
