You said you're using 2kSP2 - Win2k has SP4 out for a *long* time now.
Maybe that's why your overlays don't work.

As I said: I have all the overlays in my Win2k virtual machine without
any problems at all.

P.S. Please don't write "Windoze Exploiter" but "Windows Explorer" as it
is correct. It's not just childish to write something like that but also
messes up all the search engines out there. People never search for
"Exploiter" but "Explorer" when they have a problem...
