When I try to "relocate" I get the message: "It seems you are trying to
relocate your working copy to a different path inside the same repository".
I am not doing that: The original repo was on the portable drive as:
file:///E:/Projects/SVN_Repositories/Pickem_4.00 and the new repo is on the
new drive as file:///D:/Repositories/Pick'em 4.00 Final.
