The 10 items before TSVN are using up almost all slots. Since I don't
know which ones then get loaded from the TSVN handler, you might only
get the conflict or modified handler instead of the 'normal' one.

As it should be. There's only one T* app using them, and the reference
counting knows this and the installer removes them properly. If there
was another T* app using them, they would not get removed until the last
T* app gets uninstalled.

Remove some of the TCVS entries in the registry to give TSVN more slots
to use.
