Request: Allow copy from Commit/Update/etc status window

Hi,

I just discovered, after doing a commit, I could not copy (control-C
or right-click-Copy) the list of files from the status box, so I could
paste it into a document. I ended up doing an Alt-PrintScreen and
inserting the resulting image into the document.

It would be handy if it were possible to copy (control-Cor
right-click-Copy) the text from these status sscreens.
