I just checked the code, and for a checkout the log cache is not used -
I thought it was, but apparently it's not.
Can you try again a nightly build, but this time before you try the
checkout go to the settings dialog, saved data, then clear the
authentication data?
If it's really just hanging there, then it's a problem in the svn
library, and I think clearing the auth cache could help.
