TortoiseSVN and Jira issue tracking

From: Marcel V <tsvn_at_geodelft.nl>

Hello everybody,

I know it's possible to make Jira check log messages on subversion
servers to look for specific codes, to display revision numbers, or
determine whether a particular software issue has been solved. This
functionality is possible through an extension.

Now I'm wondering if there is something that works in the other
direction; to make TSVN work with Jira? It would be a very cool thing to
automate log message generation for example. I have no idea if anything
is possible though.

Kind regards,
Marcel
