repo-browser freezing when "copy-to" command clicked

Recently having some problems with TortoiseSVN freezing up. When tagging
the trunk in the repo-browser, I right click on the newest tag and select
"copy URL to clipboard", then right click on trunk and select "copy to" so
that I can past tag path and then modify it. Repo-browser freezes up when I
choose "copy to"; the window that usually pops up so you can choose/paste
path doesn't display. Curious if anyone is having similar problems. Any
insight is much appreciated.
