TSVN works with TC. If you're using the default settings (right click marks the file), you have to hold the mouse key for a while to get the context menu, that's all. Or change the settings to have the default Windows behaviour in TC.

You can also create a custom toolbar with common TSVN commands.

I use TSVN + TC every day and the only problem I sometimes have is that icon overlays are not shown immediately, but I think Windows Explorer users have reported similar problems.
