Sorry about that, reading it back now it doesn't make a lot of sense so i
will try again.
I have a repository on a server and i checkout to a local machine.
In the checkout on the local machine, a user is able to double click on a
file in explorer to open it without first getting a lock. I want to make
the user right click on the file in explorer and select get lock for the
tortoise menu.
Is this possible?
