Hmmm, no, it's actually worse now. I have no overlays because TSVNCache
doesn't start. The settings I have are:
- The cache is set to "Default"
- Exclude path of: *
- Various Include paths for my working copies.

I tried removing the exclude path and checking "Fixed drives" but
neither worked. I also tried starting the cached manually, but still,
no overlays.

This was observed with:
TortoiseSVN 1.4.99, Build 11400 - 32 Bit -dev, 2007/11/19 23:53:2s

And yes, I did reboot after installing.
