  Thank you very much. Your comment convinced me to look more closely at my svn
verison info. Turns out that my path was being set in my .login file when it
should have been put in the .cshrc. When using TortoiseSVN to ssh in, my .login
was not being sourced and Redhat was defaulting to svn version 1.1.4. As soon
as I moved the path command to my .cshrc, everything started working. Thanks
much.
