symlink => tortoiseproc crash

Hi.

I have created windows symlinks in my working copy (of course both source
and target aren't in svn but are subfolders of working copy).
Sometimes (on status cache update i suppose, because when it starts to crash
it crashes many times again until some miracle happens :) ) tortoiseProc
crashes on "SVN update" or "Check for Modifications".
Crash is access violation.
I guess it happens when tortoiseProc tries to lock file twice: via normal
path and via symlink.

P.S. if it is needed i can attach TortoiseProc.zip (60kb) and log of
FilemonNt (37kb)
P.P.S. TortoiseSVN version is 1.4.5.10425.x64, but the same crash was in
earlier versions too
