Error: Can't convert string from 'UTF-8' to native encoding

Hi,

I've added some directories with utf-8 encoded filename using Tortoise
successfully to my repository. But when I try to commit or checkout
only this directory, I got this error:

Error: Can't convert string from 'UTF-8' to native encoding:
Error: svn_hardware/T?\195?\186nelSerial

I could get the contents doing a checkout of the parent directory, but
the commit doesn't work anyway.

I'm using Tortoise 1.4.5 build 10425 at client and Subversion version
1.4.2 (r22196) at server.

Thanks in advance,
Fernando Gil
