You can already set keywords via the TSVN->Properties menu item. You
can select multiple files to operate upon at once.

There is a Python script on the web which will read your auto-props
and go through a WC you've specified to apply all auto-props to files
for you, but I've had mixed results with it. It also will unset or
change any properties which don't match your auto-props settings.
