After reading this exchange, I am tempted to look for the hidden camera that is filming me while my jaw drops.
 
Deepan, If the server to which you are connecting is a standard web server, it's probably misconfigured when .php files are downloaded instead of executed on the server. If the server to which you are connecting is a subversion repository, then it's correct that the .php file gets downloaded.
 
If your question really has anything to do with subversion or subversion server configuration at all, you should ask on the subversion user list and not here.
