My best guess: Directory Opus is a 32-bit application.
That mean you also have to install the 32-bit version of TSVN (you can
install both at the same time).

The 32-bit version of TSVN can only integrate with other 32-bit
applications, while the x64 version only can integrate with x64
applications.
