setup problem - tsvn and svnserve don't see the repository

I am just starting with svn, so it might be something I missed along the
lines.

- setup svn and svnserve on machine A (ubuntu)
- no problem with svn commands on the ubuntu machine
- setup TSVN on a machine B (Vista), but can't access the repository on
machine A
- both machines are connected with a netgear router on the local area
network
- I can ping machine A from machine B using the TCP/IP address and/or
the computer name
- on the netgear router I also setup port forwarding for "svn" service
on port 3690

When I enter the following in the repository browser I get an error that
no repository is found.

svn://desktop-ubuntu/home/svn/svnrepo/twcb

Can anyone give me some pointers what might be wrong with my setup.

Thanks
Werner
