I want my icon overlays back.

I am using TSVN in a single user environment and have repository on a
local C drive. Since everything is local I don't use a server, Several
days ago my C drive crashed and I ended up having to reinstall Windows
XP SP2. Fortunately I had backup of repository and I
re-downloaded/reinstalled TSVN. So I just restored repository data tree
at the old location and told TSVN to create repository there. TSVN
recognized that the folder was not empty and seems to be using restored
repository without a problem. I am able to Update, Commit and use other
commands but I no longer see TSVN icon overlays. Any suggestions how to
get them back?
