Peg revisions in Tortoise SVN

Is it possible to specify a peg revision in Tortoise SVN?

For instance, I would like a log of /branches/nikki@111.

I would also like to use a peg revision in a merge.

When I specify a peg revision in the first part of a merge, thus...
svn+ssh://nikki@server/home/svn/giq3/branches/nikki_at_111
and click the Show Log button, I get the error message "File not found:
revision 196, path /branches/nikki@111".
