A non-Admin install is possible, as long as the MFC and CRT libs (in the
correct version) are already installed. But since those need to be
installed by an admin, you would have to do that before installing TSVN
as a non-Admin.
You can find an installer for the CRT/MFC libs somewhere on the MS site.
