TortoiseMerge does not allow saving patched files at all

Hello,

As of TortoiseSVN 1.4.4, TortoiseMerge doesn't allow me to save patched
files at all.
I read in the Changelog that this should only apply to read-only files, but
for me this applies to all files in the SVN repository. TortoiseSVN 1.4.3
works fine.

To reproduce this, please try the following:
- Get a checkout of r28565 of svn://svn.reactos.org/reactos/trunk/reactos
- Try applying this patch:
http://www.reactos.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=1764

The "Save" button is always greyed-out now. I have to right-click a file and
choose "Patch all" and for new files a "Save As" dialog opens then and I
have to manually enter the file name. This is very uncomfortable.
Another user can confirm this.

Would be great if you could fix this bug.

Best regards,

Colin Finck
