Workaround needed for Crash in TSVNCache 1.4.4

I have the current release TSVN 1.4.4. and SVN installed and I
occasionally get crash situations in Explorer, which won't disappear
until my Windows XP is rebooted.
Is there a workaround (kill some thread or something like that) so I can
avoid rebooting? Killing Explorer is not enough!

What I do:
I right click inside explorer and get permanently one of those two messages:
(1)

!!! What is special !!!
When I boot my computer, my ethernet router is usually still down and I
activate my ethernet only after my computer has booted. As I have XP,
there is no network adapter visible for TSVN at boot time.
Perhaps this helps somewhat in finding the crash reason.
