Documentation Ch 3 'installing subversion under apache' step 4 should include copying intl3_svn.dll

My setup:
XP SP 2
Apache 2.2
Tortoise 1.4.4 Build 9706

Apache returns "...specified module could not be found..." for mod_authz_svn
unless intl3_svn.dll is copied from [subversion]/bin into [apache]/modules.

Documentation Ch 3 'installing subversion under apache' step 4 should be
updated to include this.
