Please try to describe the problem more clearly.
What did you update?
Which folder is marked?
What do you mean by 'checked'?

The image doesn't really tell us much as we don't know what it looked
like before and what you are expecting to look like after.

Have you refreshed the view in explorer?

Note the left pane view often lags behind. This is a Microsoft bug.
You can improve it by collapsing the WC tree, F5 then expand the tree
again.
