Working Revision Number

Hello,

What is the easiest/fastest way to see what revision
number a directory is on? Meaning, the last updated
revision that was brought down. Is there some simple way
to know such as in the show log, the revision row of that
directory/file is highlighted? What other methods are
there for determining this?
