Updates not completing

Hi,

I've been having trouble with my tsvn completing updates. It downloads for a
few seconds at a few hundred kb/s then the speed drops to 0, and it doesn't
continue to download no matter how long I wait. Sometimes it completes
downloading a few files, sometimes it just gets stuck on one. Does anyone
have any idea what the problem here could be? Do you think this is a problem
with tsvn, or the svn server?
