Log Messages popup filter by date

There's a bug in Log Messages popup:

What I did:
* Select "Show log" in contextual menu of "Enter Log Message"
window opened for a "Commit..."

What I expected (simplified):
* User "To:" combo box to filter messages list
* Open "To:" combo box and select last valid day
(the one selected when popup opened)

What actually happened:
* The filter don't display the most recent entry.
It works like it take the first instant (hours, minutes and
seconds) of the day then don't display last entry.
