Obviously the SVN client lib is doing the job, as SVN happily runs
without a separate "server"... I was trying to, as simply as possible,
illustrate that TSVN has neither responsibility for nor control over
keyword substitution.

This being the case, it has no direct place or need to be in the TSVN
documentation... which is not to say that a summary of the subject and
[more] pointers into the main SVN docs would not be welcome (and these
would seem to be on the way). ;)
