I know, but please don't hate me, but we're a windows only shop. Is
there something other then a PERL script which can do the same thing?

We had one guy say there was a file missing in one of the upgrades, but
other people seemed to be fine, but there might be a bug in here. (note
the one comment about ignoring deleted files)
