If you can send me those folders zipped, I might find out the problem.
But most likely you might have more luck reporting this on the
Subversion mailing list.

Also make sure that if you zip the folders/files and extract them at
another location, the problem still persists - sometimes the problem has
to do with file dates, and zipping/unzipping can destroy the filedates.
