By default, TSVN doesn't check WC status info on network drives
(IIRC). See the Icon Overlays portion of your TSVN options and enable
it under Drive Types.

Be very careful about using shared WCs for multiple users. By doing
so, you negate many of the benefits of using a system like SVN, and
introduce risk for extra errors.
