Supporting satelite development laptop

From: Chris <abyss_at_pathcom.com>

Imagine there is an SVN Server, a development workstation and a laptop. The
user would like an easy way to move his work from the development workstation
to the laptop and take it home. On returning to work, he would like to sync
his changes back to the dev machine without first committing those changes to
the SVN repository.

Is there a way to use TortoiseSVN to synchronize source code between the
satelite development laptop and the main development workstation without
committing the changes to the repository?

I would like to use TortoiseSVN as opposed to 3rd party sync tools as
TortoiseSVN is very good at handling source code merges with minimum
intervention.
