Nothing that happens on Vista is expected. We can't expect anything
there because nobody outside MS really knows how things work there.

My guess is that this happens because TSVN uses owner-drawn menus. You
can disable that in the settings dialog->Look and Feel->"Enable
accelerators on the top level menu" (check this).
