Icon overlays wrong for repos over the windows network share

Hello TortoiseSVN crew,

        troubles basicaly started approximately from the switch to SVN v1.4 and
        suitable TSVN client.

        first I had explorer lockups when overlay icons are enabled, but now with
        more recent TSVN versions it degraded to just wrong icon display.

        repro:

        over the network share
        * select some files in versioned folder
        * add them to the repo
        * watch as all files get green ticks :S

        on the local disks everything works OK.
        
        I'm not on the mail-list, please keep me in CC:. If you need more info
        let me know what/how. Sorry about the >10KB attachments, I find such
        conservative m-l rule where screenshots should be posted quite strange.

        TSVN version:

        latest stable. icon cache settings are by default.
