I did configured my router to forward the request but still has an error
message says that :
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused
it."

my svnserver is running i can have access within the network

Can you give me Url example, I use the following :

svn://teamwork.no-ip.com : 3690/project

is this a correct url
or do i have to add the computer name also
svn://teamwork.no-ip.com : 3690/tim/project

by the way both doesn't work, but i wanna know the url format

thx in advance.
