Hello,

Did you configure your svnserver (chapter 3.2 of TortoiseSVN book)?

1. Stop the service.
2. In a DOS windows, setup your service :
example : svnservice -setup --daemon --root "e:\repository"
3. Start the service.

Now, you will be able to access by : svn://<hostname>/repository.
