Unrecognized URL scheme for ''

Hi there,

Just had an interesting problem, in trying to commit some changes I got
the

"Unrecognized URL scheme for ''" error message - yes the URL was BLANK!

It turns out, while I was marking things as to be ignored some of those
where in an external repository.

Ie.

MyProj

Part1

Part2

Shared

Part3

Shared being external, and modifying the folder settings in Part3.

It would have been REALY helpful if the error message included the
folder which was causing the trouble.

Why does this cause trouble?
