Install Stops With 2755

I have problems upgrading my TSVN. Old version is already uninstalled.

1. I already have read
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/BrowseList?list=dev&by=thread&from=27

(Thread with same subject)
but it doesn't solve my problem. I use TSVN since some years and never had
had a problem during installation an upgrades. But now it wont installt
anymore.

2. I already have uninstalled MSI with Windows Installer Clean UP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
and reinstalled it again. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/893803/
But it doesn't make any different.

3. I run the installation as Administrator, so it should not fail because of
missing rights.

Any suggestion? Some days ago I installed IE7, is it possible that this may
the problem?
