I think because you can make choices on this windows (check or uncheck some
files and decide to cancel the commit because you see something wrong) this is
not really a confirmation dialog.

I understand it and that's why i have specified that this control should be
*optional* with a checkbox in the settings window.

Last week in my company a guy do this mistake twice. As in my mind their is no
way to erase a commit on the server (may be i'm wrong...) this is rather tedious.
