BUG - empty messagebox in add dialog

I have in Global ignore pattern extension .EXE
When i can add one (.EXE ) file to repository, it is OK
When i can add 2 or more files (.EXE), in window Add (there is text please wait) is messagebox with error(red X) and no text ... only OK button. After I click OK, there is text "There is nothing to add ...."

BUG is only empty messagebox
