As http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/tags/1.4.0/notes/windows-service.txtstates,
svn
1.4 includes all the codes necessary to run as a service itself. There's no
need for srvany. The sc.exe references in the readme is included with
Windows XP and 2003 Server but on Windows 2000, you'll need to download the
resource kit. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/251192 for the details.
