Re: If the "svn:eywords URL Author Date Rev Id" property is set on a file, and the file is open when a commit is attempted, TortoiseSVN will get "stuck" when it tries to copy back the modified file over the original (still open) file.

You have to report this on the Subversion mailing list, since TSVN can't
do anything about this on its own - it's the responsibility of the
Subversion library.
