Delete files when user has no authorization anymore

Hi,

I read the manual and didn't find a way to configure tortoise to do this:

When a person passes to have no authorization of some file, when this person
do Update, the file must be delete.

It work in older versions of Tortoise, but I don't know why, it stopped to
work.

What I do to work again? Must configure something? Or the latest version
doesn't have this feature?

Thanks,
